Dani, a Level 2 CrossFit coach, is a loving wife to Evan Steele and can often be found 3 cups of coffee deep at 8 AM talking about the importance of stress management. Kelton, a Middle Tennessee native and former military member, is a loving husband to Katelyn Henderson and can often be found strict pressing most people’s push jerk PR. Evelyne, also a Middle Tennessee native, is a loving wife to Ben Murphy and can often be found on a hike. Together, they’re here to guide your fitness journey!

I discovered CrossFit after a grueling 2017 trek in the Himalayas pushed me to my limits. I started CrossFit in 2018, and my return trek was a breeze! I became L1 certified in 2019 and earned my L2 in 2024. My passion is helping people find their comfort zone-and then gradually guiding them beyond it. I believe growth happens just outside that boundary, and my mission is to help you build a long, healthy, and confident life one step at a time.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, I focus on building a supportive community and teaching proper technique. My goal is to make sure you feel empowered in every workout, no matter your starting point. Outside of coaching, I’m a proud father and husband, and I love bringing that same care and commitment to the gym.

Hi, I’m Jessi!
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer with over 8 years of CrossFit experience. Before CrossFit, I played Division I soccer at Oregon State University, which gave me a lifelong love for athletic movement and competition.
Now, I’m passionate about helping athletes move well, train hard, and stay injury-free. You can always expect a high-energy environment when I’m coaching — and don’t be surprised if there’s music playing and a little dancing in between sets. For me, it’s all about creating a space where hard work and good times go hand in hand.
Ben Slough

Ben has been coaching CrossFit since 2018, with experience spanning Hawaii, South Africa, Brazil, and now Tennessee. His international background brings a unique blend of intensity, adaptability, and fun to every class.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, he focuses on proper technique, smart scaling, and steady progress—always with a dose of humor and encouragement.
He’s known for creating a high-energy environment where athletes feel both challenged and supported. His classes are tough but approachable, blending solid programming with a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
In addition to coaching, Ben is a lifelong learner. He’s constantly expanding his knowledge of fitness, recovery, and performance to better serve his athletes.

Krysta’s love for CrossFit started shortly after she did her first workout (Murph) in 2017. As a washed up D1 college track athlete, her passion for fitness crossed over to people when she decided that coaching is much more rewarding than any PR. Her day job for the past 5+ years has been working as a loan officer helping people qualify for home loans. You can usually find her hanging with her dogs, baking sourdough and sweet treats or doing a puzzle while listening to podcasts about CrossFit or true crime.

Hi! I’m Ella. I was born and raised here in Hendersonville, TN. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 6 years and have been passionate about the sport since day one. What I love most about CrossFit is it’s functionality, constant variety, and the community it brings.
I’m deeply committed to health and fitness. I love helping people get stronger, reach their goals, and become the best version of themselves. Outside of coaching, I’m also a photographer.
